It is more than a conspiracy!! Conspiracy means to plan, but they are actually doing. Don't tell anybody but it is all about the continued smackdown of the HOBO. They are lowering it just to prove they can and the HOBO be dammed (pun intended).

I love it every year about this time when folks start complaining about the water dropping as if it was the first time it ever dropped in mid-season. But more than that I really enjoy the folks that always seem to think THEY know best because they are privileged to live here or even better to be weekend warriors here. It's not like APCO (SoCO) don't have any experts on payroll, they are just shills for the company line. NO, our 'local' experts know best. The water should be taken from 'other' lakes/reservoirs, not their lake. After all, only a miniscule amount of APCO power comes from hydro, so therefore, NO power should come from the Martin project. That's why the company spent MILLIONS to upgrade the three old generators at Martin, to never use them to generate power.
