If you are refering to a post/statement I made the answer is no.  The week of the forth and week after we had several customer boats that went from running just fine the evening before, to not running at all the next morning.  When those boats came to our shop, we pumped an average of 12-15 gallons of water from there tanks.  (water settles to the bottom rapidly).  It was our belief that someone was stealing fuel, and placing water back in the tank.  It would be very easy to put the water back in with a simple bilge pump.  (take about 1-2 minutes) I guessed the water was put back in to render the boat useless until a shop could look at it after a few days of wait because of the holiday week.  My thoughts were they could do it several nights without detection.  We pumped over 40 gallons of water from three boats in one day alone.  Customers ask was it possible that water came from the gas station they used.  My answer was NO.  You may get a few ounces every now and then, but I doubt you'd ever get several gallons.  LET ME AD THIS>>> I have NO evidence that the above post is accurate.  It is only what I believe as a strong possiblility.  Just sayin'

Respectfully,
