If you reload the OS be sure to completely wipe the disk (by formatting it) before you reload. A lot of junk latches onto the disk in protected areas that are nether erased or written over by an OS reload. If Dell, be sure to use your Dell reload disk because they have a separate4 small partition on the HDD or their reload instructions.
