I have seen your place.  It is in Sandy Creek, very close to the Hwy 49 bridge.  In fact I armed myself heavily, put a chastity belt on my girlfriend, and took her to see that area a couple of weeks ago.  When did you name your boat "Summer Lover" .  Oh, wait, I just now put two and two together.  Sorry didn't mean to bust you guys out like that.  Not that there's anything wrong with that....
