For this recipe you can use a favorite biscuit recipe or use the quick "Whop" biscuits in a tube. Both are pretty good. If frozen biscuits, let them thaw first.
Place raw biscuits on a greased cookie sheet. Using a wood pencil or similar tool, form a deep groove across the center of each biscuit. Into the groove, add your favorite jam (raspberry/strawberry/lime/cherry) or chocolate topping. Add sprinkles even!   Brush top liberally with butter. Bake until done.
Yum.
Keep them handy for a full meal or a midnight snack.
