Cat, I must confess I did not make this term up. Saw it somewhere and delightfully appropriated it for my own use. Covers about 20% of the population that still think liberalism and/or progressivism actually makes sense and works. That number continues to drop as they contracept and abort themselves out of existence although govt schools and the higher education system temporarily makes more until they get out into the real world and start wondering what all those taxes they pay go to anyway.
Synonyms: left wing nuts, leftists, Occupy Wall Street member, SIEU leadership, AARP leadership, Democrat politician, member of the mainstream media, etc.
Major beliefs: Everyone can live at the expense of everyone else. FDR was a great President. You should be able to download music and other stuff from the internet without having to pay for it. Corporations and small businesses that create jobs are evil and the government, which creates nothing, is the solution to all our problems. There is such a thing as free health care, free housing and free food and the government provides it all. Drugs should be legal and watching FoxNews or listening to Rush Limbaugh should be illegal. There is nothing wrong with being 30 years old, living in your parents basement and playing Call of Duty or Grand Theft Auto all day long. George Clooney, Jeanine Garafolo, Sean Penn and other high school dropouts in Hollyweird are really smart people who make a lot of sense. Global Warming is true and 9/11 was an inside job by the Mossad and neocons in the Bush administration to get us into a war with Iraq. Islam is a religion of peace. You should only shower once a month whether you need it or not and only use one square of toilet paper when you use the toilet (on this last one, for obvious reasons I don't recommend shaking the hand of a libtard).
