Some mean spirited persons… organization… have taken a backhoe and randomly dug trenches in the cart paths around the old golf course on StillWaters. In front of each gash in the path... they just left an ugly spoil pile. I suppose this is to keep walkers and elderly folks from enjoying the old abandoned paths.

Maybe it’s a lawyer idea.

It would seem that such folks are just eaten up with cynicism. This is the South… Hello?
