I thank every one for your input, I am still looking at Stoneveiw and Sun Set Point. I have found units at both places that I really like. I am working with Virginia Pettus, have been pleased with her and what she has showed me. Every place that I have looked at has a boat slip. I have not met any of the people at Stoneview, but have met people at Sunset Point that were very happy with their condos. I would like to know if people think that Still Waters fees are fare? I am very interested in your input on all pros and cons of Stoneview and Sunset Point.
