Our family is not a big fan of the traditional roasted turkey Thanksgiving meal, especially the leftovers that seem to last forever. We have tried deep fried and that was OK, but once the boys left to go back to school it got old fast. Last year I smoked a whole rib-eye. It was very good and everyone liked it. We could go that route again, but I'm always looking for something new. For Christmas we had Shrimp and Grits, another hit. Any ideas?
