You should grill the shrimp if you go that route, leave that boiled stuff for those times when you want to eat in two minutes... If nothing else, help the Chinese economy and buy a cheap grill, stay at the motel and use olive oil and Old Bay to marinate the shrimp and beer to marinate the chef. :-)
