You need to better explain this as Archie probably doesn't understand why having 140% more votes than registered voters is actually a problem. Let me try to help you Archie and I'm typing real slow so you can follow me.

You see, supposedly only registered voters should vote on election day. So if you have 100 registered voters in a precinct and the final tally has 140 votes then either 40 people voted who should not have voted or they double counted eligible votes. There really can be no other explanation. So you either have massive vote fraud ala Philadelphia where the Democrat precinct officers kicked out the GOP officers so they could commit their vote fraud before the judge ruled they had to be let in. Of course by then it was too late but what the heck, whats a little vote fraud when your guy is the beneficiary, right?
