I still think Ryan is our guy and there are lots of examples of losing VP candidates that stepped up and made a difference. I agree that our two current choices are not the best but there almost has to be a position from which anyone speaks as a representative of the loyal opposition. Rubio doesn't have that position but maybe it can be carved out for him. Ryan does based on his role in the House where we have a majority. Time will tell......
