A judge struck down Chicago's gun laws just this week. Ruled totally unconstitutional. Thats gonna put a damper on any new efforts to 'ban' guns. But of course we know dear ruler may just try to do it by executive fiat, since he is sorta a god ya know. DC is the last bastion of gun control and now that a federal judge has set precedent those may go by the wayside.

The next political circus will come in the form of confirmation hearings on John Heinze-Kerry's appointment to the SOS. He served in Veitnam ya know. He should have been shot for treason right along side Jane Fonda.
