Despite all the bluster at the end of the day he wisely chose not to pursue a short term advantage that could have been a long-term nightmare for Dems. So they have decided not to change the filibuster rules. Very smart Harry as I think you understand only too well what could happen in the 2014 mid term elections, especially as the reality of Obamacare becomes more fully realized and people are PO'd about it. The minority party has used this legislative advantage to temper the majority aspirations and what is good for the goose would also be good for the gander.
