The Sheriff down in Lafayette Parish got wind of a chicken fighting ring down on the bayou. He send his ace detective, Clarence Bordeaux, down to investigate. A week later he come back. "Yeh," he say, "They is two groups doing it."
"Who deh," de sheriff ask?
   "It be the Mafia and the Aggies" Bordeaux said.
   "How you know it be de Aggies," ask the Sheriff.
   'Because the Aggies enter a duck in the chicken fight."
   "Well, how do you know it be de mafia?"
   "De duck won!"
