I think the free phone will continued but they will discontinue the free Smartphone and they will increase the deductible for a new battery from $2.00 to $2.50. I recently needed a new battery and the cheap government charged me $2.00. A free phone should have free battery replacement. I sent a letter complainng about the charge to my Representative and received a rather sarcastic response. But, then again, he is a Republican and not concerned except for rich white males. Sure glad my man won.
