I wonder what process the Department of Homeland Security used to gain approval to retrofit 2,717 Mine Resistant Protected wehicles for service on the streets of the United States. Does anyone remember President Obama saying he needed a Civilian Army with all the weaponry and technology that the DoD Army has. I feel like I had a bad dream and woke up somewhere other than America. How are we going to put a stop to this madness? This is the kind of expenditures we are borrowing money from China to support. Why not use the money spent on frivolous purchases like this to avoid "fiscal cliffs" and "sequesters"?
