At least according to diane frankenstien!! When hunting ducks you are limited to three shots, but hunting humans with 30, 100, and 150 round magazines is legal. I would go for hunting politicians with just three shots, one for her, one for pelosi, and one for dingy harry. Then I would use the she said it is legal defense with a jury of my peers. ;<)
