1.   I read the article written by a rightwing blogger and talker...even in the article there is no direct statement that "Axelrod said Obama said"...I also listened to the video clip (did y'all?) and heard a reasonable man make a reasonable statement  and I cannot see how even the absolute most biased rightwing nut could interpret as him saying for himself "this was a rightwing job" much less him saying Obama said "this is related to tax day".

2.   Is there any among you who will be less outraged if it turns out this was not an Islamist attack but rather some rightwing militia action ala Tim McVeigh? What will be the reaction of the Lake Martin crowd if it does turn out to be an anti-tax group or individual responsible? I mean really, will some of you actually at least think in your heart of hearts "well they used the wrong means but I agree with their message." I would hope for an emphatic NO, but based on some of the off the wall rhetoric about today's politics in America that gets posted on this forum, I truly have to wonder.

3.   MM has obviously fallen off the "civility" wagon

4.   Are you people completely NUTS? For God sake quit putting words and ideas out that only inflame the situation! It's time to let the people who know what they are doing to, hopefully, get to the bottom of this. Now is not the time for anybody, LEFT or RIGHT, to be yelling FIRE in the theater!

5.   Now I guess MM will come back and point out that my no 2 comment is not in line with no 4...well he is probably right, but no 2 is an honest opinion which is based on the invective which is such a part of this forum on a daily basis, an opinion that I sincerely hope is a false. I would welcome some real evidence that it is incorrect. We are all Americans who want the best for the nation but disagree on the road leading us there. It is often fun to disagree on this and that but it is disheartening that we cannot agree to keep council to ourselves until the facts are known in such a grave situation as Boston.
