Remember the "Population Bomb" when the earth was going to run out of food ? Remember #2 red food color, how cranberries were dangerous. alar in apples, acid rain. ozone hole, global warming and now climate change? What ever happened to them? I can't think of one that proved to be true.
We have to realize that there is money to be made in pending cataclysms. Get your study grants, speaking fees, T V consultant fees and write your books and move on to the next catastrophe . There is just no money in saying something is not happening. That is why so many "authorities" on global warming have been caught cooking the books.
