I, for one, will be very curious to know if firefighter takes you up on the offer to make it right of if he is merely attempting to sabotage your business for whatever reason. No person or business can be 100%, 100% of the time. Professionalism is when one takes criticism and learns from it. I haven't been to your place yet, but I can assure you I will be soon.

As an owner/operator of many businesses past and present I always subscribed to the adage that if you have a pleasant experience please tell everyone, if you didn't please tell me.
