Bolton Cove on Coosa 20 has a sign up that it is a rental now. I know there are 4 houses that were for sale several years ago but I don't think they ever sold. There is a pool and some boat slips. I don't know if there is a time limit that you have to rent. I should be heading back to the lake on Sunday and can ride by on my way.
