On page 15 of the June issue of Lake magazine, I noticed that Alabama Power has a full page advertisement featuring a kid on a rope swing with the caption "Brought to you, in part, by Alabama Power." Seems rather ironic since I understand Alabama Power has removed all rope swings on their property. I know the one here in Sandy Creek is gone, tree and all.
