On the one hand Obama tells us al Quada is on the run and the war on terror is over but on the other hand they have foiled over 50 terrorist plots using this data mining. Who is lying? Obama? NSA? Both? It can't be neither because their stories are at odds with each other.

My opinion is the first is an out and out lie and the second is an exaggeration of the truth.
