Retreat? Embassies are on the sovereign property of the country represented. This is meant to assure that a country has a sanctuary from which to promote peaceful dialog in another country. Muslim nations have demonstrated a particular inability to respect the sovereignty of foreign embassies of nations whom the religion of Islam deems infidels.

In the civilized world, the host nation honors its role to diligently protect the embassies of other nations INCLUDING ISLAMIC. It seems that obligation is not returned in Islamic countries.

Therefore, I recommend that our representation in those (uncivilized) countries be a single phone in the office of that nation’s supreme leader.
