...and then talks big with Biden the insane man standing behind him with a nutty looking serious face. He is the laughing stock of the world. He has turned our country into a weak international force not to be taken seriously. He personally drew the "red line" then embarrasses himself and our country as we and our closest ally back out and withdraw support. Regardless of if we punish Syria or not he looks like the true fool he is.
