What the Waffle/Huddle House formulas are. They seem to keep personnel and they are efficient at what they do although it's Bubba dining not what Harbor Docks is.

What does Oscar's know that no one else seems to? Niffers staff seems to be fairly stable but they appear to be at razor thin margins. But the food is reasonably consistent. Who is doing well in Alex City? Anyone? Ruby looks good at times...

Is it a jobs thing? Income thing? maybe a combination of all of the above. The whole LM area could use some prosperity...along with the rest of the country. If you don't have growth..... Look at Auburn. It's growing great and the restaurants are busy and well staffed. Wait staff needs tips. Where would you go?
