From what I have experienced trying to find a code, much less an enforcement agent, in Tallapoosa county is like looking for Unicorns. Some believe, and some even claim to have seen one but I haven't seen one. And I looked pretty hard. Secondly, most of those places went in before there were any septic codes at all. They have only had codes regulating septic systems here for about 15 years. I would bet money the ones "built" in that time meet code.

I am certain there are places in there that do not meet current code, but there are thousand of those around the lake. So your claim that basically everyone in the Park is breaking the law is patently false.
