It never seems to make sense to me what different people look for in a permanent lake home or a weekend retreat. And stranger yet is what they are willing to pay for it.
I cannot imagine a more beautiful view of the water and shoreline than from this property. However, you better have excellent lungs, young knees and a good cardiologist at hand to go from the water's edge to the upper levels.
