Having grown up in the 70s and knowing far too many people who never grew up from their pot smoking I can tell you that none I know that still get stoned are very productive. And those are the lucky ones that didn't graduate to harder drugs. The smart ones figured out that pot was bad for you and stopped or at least had to quit in order to keep a job. Whether legal or not we will drug test and I won't ever hire someone that smokes pot. I can enjoy one or two glasses of wine with zero inebriation but there is only one reason to smoke pot, and that is to get stoned.

You watch, the problems in Colorado and Washington are just beginning. Smart people should move out now before they are overrun with crime and stoned potheads driving all over the place.
