Maybe, but more likely they have taken the measure of their adversaries, found them weak and feckless and are sleeping well knowing that the Great Satan has surrendered to them without firing a shot.  Unless Israel acts, soon enough they will have nuclear weapons that they can use to threaten the entire middle east to get what they want or even worse, use them.  Mutually assured destruction is not a threat to these zealots.....
