Yes I said overestimated. Think about the fact that if the GOP had been successful in delaying Obamacare back in the last quarter of 2013 then the Dems could say that they tried to help the poor people but the Repubs stopped them. This way none of the problems would have surfaced and they would have another year to correct them . Also would not go into effect until after the 2014 elections. Basically Obama hoped the GOP had slowed it down. Just my opinion I could be wrong...
