Very interesting post.  I have no interest in owning a Pit Bull.  They make me nervous, I believe because of my lack of understanding.  I also believe they are extremely dangerous in the hands of owners with the wrong attitude or intentions.  I will also say, (not based on anything but observence) that the "look at me" owners try to teach there Pits to be aggressive so that they themselves can have a Bad azz look at me attitude.   I got a buddy with a really nice Pit Bull, but I know if my Weenie dog growled at it, it would be killed in a matter of minutes.   For now, I will stick with my "Pit Weenies" (lol, yep, that is what I call my three lil' weenie dogs) .
