Have you noticed, in today's world you can break the law, slander people, or just outright lie as long as when you are caught you apologize. Look at the laws our politicians break, the lies that they tell and it is all better when the say, "I"m sorry." What have I missed in my aging process? When I lied to my dad and got caught, the "I'm sorry" came out after I got my butt spanked. If it came out before the spanking, I still got the spanking.
