I disagree. I addressed that very question in my post. How is this possible after umpteen years of being told by the govt media and left wing nuts that there were no WMDs. Hence my WTF. And you will note I used the terms "apparently" and "if true" because I simply can't believe that both were correct. We know for a fact he had WMDs as he used them on the Kurds. We also know,the conventional wisdom about them for the last decade. We know what the State Dept is saying today which totally undermines the conventional wisdom.
if this is true then the Bush administration was totally unwilling to defend themselves from the smears, which I also do not believe.
