That is NOT running or properly operating anything whatsoever.  Sounds to me like a HUGE lack of planning of the Governments part to me.  Maybe you should have put in for a higher up position and starting planning for more effeciency!!!!  Think about it.   Maybe you missed your calling?  IDK, but everything you said makes me even more skeptical about our Government.  What the heck were yall thinking?  I remember a quote from a member here.  "kinda like a NASCAR Talladega crash pile up kinda thing". Send out the wreckers, fix the cars and lets do the same thing again.   As for my "friends" here, I really appreciate every one of the relationships I have with all the Forum members.   And, there are many of them.  I don't deserve them all.  I just love people.
