Cat, I suspect  there are a number of things that you and I do agree upon:

1.  Think people basically good and want to do the right thing.

2.  That no matter what you do in life, you should do it to the best of your ability.

3.  That no job is too menial, and that people deserve respect for the job they do.

4.  That you have to earn loyalty to get loyalty. 

5.  That money isn't the only thing that matters.  Integrity matters.
