Help needed for suggestion of find someone to "Place"  rip rap at on top of some exhisting rip rap at the seawall. Maybe a bobcat or small loader of some type. We have permit but need to get er done prior to high water. Have a pretty good contact to deliver rip rap out to Little Kowaliga area but need it placed. Any suggestions. Thanks Donnie
