Contrary to popular belief this economy is anemic mostly due to employers reluctance to expand--too much beau ratio red tape, govt imposed health ins etc; as to real estate there are more foreclosures banks are holding off on due to govt pressure--I know some very nice homes listed at lake at $1 mill who haven't had a visitor in 2 years--tell those owners how wonderful lake sales are !
