The CBO under new GOP appointed director Keith Hall has released a report estimating that the complete repeal of Obamacare would increase (you read that right...increase) the Federal budget deficit by $353 billion over the next 10 years and increase the number of uninsured by 19 million in the year after repeal.  There is some good news though...repeal would boost economic growth by a whopping 0.7% over the next decade.  Now MM can point out that this is just the CBO's "opinion", but it is a "fact" that the new Republican appointed director has released this as "his opinion".
