With all of the new building sites that people can buy water front properties on Rough river why not raise the water level of the lake to make it safer for boaters passing each other on the lake.

Plus leave more water in the lake in the winter to keep the fish from being trapped in cetain area's And people could use there docks later in the season which brings more revenue to the state. I know it is a shelter lake wider the lake twice the volume? And they raised the dam area & the overflow to the side if it ever had more rain than this year Right .  Five feet would be idea.
