File suit for what? His actions are criminal not civil. One can't file a civil suit until one has been harmed. A suit could be filed in civil court against him if one could prove that one of his "followers" harmed you in some way but to prevail one must prove the action was a direct result of the "speech". Inciting to riot or violence is a crime and should be punished, but we have been shown over and over that with the current regime only white folks can commit hate crimes. Of course ive only heard about one "love crime". That was the 80 something man walked into hiz wife's hospital room and shot her in the head to end her suffering.
