I asked what y'all thought should be done about Farrikhan and no one had a response.  The only one who ventured an opinion that it was protected speech was someone that answered the phone in the Southeast Florida office of the Justice Department.  That is hardly a Constitutional reading of the applicability of "protected speech" under the Constitution.  BTW, he didn't actually say "white people" he said "our enemies for the last 400 years", which some interpreted to mean "white people".  But maybe he was talking about Christians.
