John, I just watched two programs on 9/11 on TV. See my post under Lake Martin Topics. They reveal the unbelievable planning that took place and show how the 17 or so men came to the United States, blended in with the general public, and used our facilities to learn to fly. They simply outsmarted our intelligence. I can identify with your thoughts of your two young sons at the time of 9/11. I have two older sons and five grandchildren and I can only pray that the next election will give us leaders that "love" America instead of "apologizing" for us. Our government is supposed to be of the people, for the people, and by the people. With that being said, over 70% of the people do not approve of the Iran "nuclear" deal, yet 35 or so democratic senators can override Congress and the will of the people. Anyone that doesn't understand that approving a "nuclear" deal for a country that says Israel will not exist 25 years from now, and that burns our flag and chants "Death to America" is stupid. Iran already has all the weaponry it needs to defend itself in the "Mid-East". Common sense says that the only reason for Iran to want an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile is to deliver a Nuclear warhead on the United States. The United States gets nothing for approving the deal while allowing them to do their own inspections and freeing up$150 billion dollars to buy more weapons from Russia and continue their support of the Taliban throughtout the Middle East.
