Lifer, before you scare folks, remember that the max level in history was in the middle of April when the lake was already almost at full pool.  AND, Lake Harris had not been completed yet so that event has no bearing on current situation.  Lake Harris is currently releasing water at about the same capacity as Martin would if all four generators are running so Martin has water coming in as fast as it's being released.  Harris will go down quickly, then Martin will start down.  Read today that some release from Martin flood gates is occurring.
