Where did l say it was unconstititutional or even against the senate rules to delay a vote?  It is the Senate's constitutional responsibility to advise and consent, but there is no time limit on the advice and consent.  I simply posed a question...will Mc Connell be as in favor of the people having their say if what they say is not what he hopes.  Will he allow a vote if the democrats take the senate and WH in November?  l say again, we all no the answer to that!   This nation is fed up with political gridlock and hypocrisy by ALL sides!
