It was renamed and classified as APD. There is no point arguing with you since you know everything about everything. Problem is like all liberals you know so much that jus isn't so.  I worked in mental health for a number of years but I am still no expert but obviously I am more knowledgeable than you on the matter, but that is almost always true. That's where I learned one of your self professed qualifications of spending a budget to zero. It only took me one fiscal year, not a whole career.

Part of my responsabillities was taking psycho-social histories on clients and assigning and coding diagnosises to determine need and treatment level. Its been over 20 years and I am working from memory so I can't recall all the criteria. I'm sure it has changed but the adolescent behavior must be present for any other criteria to matter. Since sociopath has no relavent meaning in psychological diagnosis you can continue to call Cruz whatever you want, it only shows your ignorance.
