So are you saying if the GOP ends up with more than 40 senators even after the "liberals" have had an election field day and by the vote the people say "Give us a liberal court" you will advise against a nominee being filabustered by the GOP??

Now here is a "fact"...everybody in politics (and life in general for that matter) wants to have their cake and eat it too!  Democrats want more social programs (free college) but don't want to have to pay for it...Republicans want more military spending (send more troops to Afganistan and maybe even Syria) but don't want to pay for it, everybody wants better roads, and better schools, and more parks, and more police, and higher pay for teachers, and more honest leaders, but they are against any new taxes!!
