Do you think he woud be that stupid??? Maybe....

I'm mixed on the lottery. Seems like every place I have lived they started a lottery and said the funds were dedicated to this or that, but that only lasts for a few years and then they are back to talking about raising taxes for the very thing they started the lottery for. And there are always rumors of corruption.
