The obammy DOE shut down ITT tech.  Stranding thousands of students without transferable credits yet still tens of thousands of dollars in debt. Yet they claim there aren't enough tech trained graduates to keep up with demand to justify importing Indians to do the tech jobs. Doesn't take a conspiracy theorist to wonder if this has anything to do with their competitors having paid Bubba 17 million.
